As for Health reasons, my husband needs to be in treatment in Europe and we can no longer go to Ecuador because of health state i have to sell my beautiful villa in Salinas (top place Holliday resort) in Ecuador.
The house is on piles upstairs 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Livingroom dining and kitchen. The location second ground to the beach means exactly 30m to the beach very nice and even in high season a quiet place to be.
The house upstairs is terraced one part covered the other half is open sky the terrace is about 35m² and below it gives roof for further constructions downstairs and garage for vehicles. There is to big doors for car access and another for foot access. on car door has electric drive. ) motor on wireless command)
